Don't be this person. Take the time to visit all of your storefronts and truly understand what they need from you.
2. Develops an HR Process and Goals
You should also think about the goals that you want to achieve in this position. Once you know what your goals are, it's time to develop an HR process plan. What strategies will you need to use when hiring new employees, onboarding them, training and firing them, and paying them?
