RCC Brick & Mortar Retail Forum: Explore The Evolution of Physical Retail on November 19th

As retail continues to evolve in Canada, the brick-and-mortar landscape has never been more exciting. On November 19th, Retail Council of Canada (RCC) will be hosting its Brick and Mortar Retail Forum at the Toronto Reference Library at 789 Yonge Street, just north of Bloor Street.
This half-day morning event covers the newest trends in physical retail, including performance metrics, ground-breaking customer experience technologies, and brand-enhancing retail developments, all presented from various industry perspectives.
