HOLT RENFREW TOWER, TORONTO, RENDERING

50 Bloor St. W. Tower/Holt Renfrew proposal

We've just been provided a rough color rendering of the proposed Holt Renfrew tower at 50 Bloor Street West in Toronto. The tower would be mostly residential at 83 floors, and would include a vastly expanded Holt Renfrew flagship store (at the base of the tower, with a marble and glass facade).

At this time we have few details about the expansion of the Holt Renfrew store itself, other than the expected square footage will be somewhere in the 200,000-250,000 square foot range.
