'WHITE HOUSE | BLACK MARKET' OPENS FIRST CANADIAN STORES THIS MONTH

White House | Black Market opens its first Canadian stores this month, and these are the three locations and their opening dates: 

• Thursday, October 24th 2013: Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto
• Tuesday, October 29th 2012: Square One Shopping Centre, Mississauga ON 
• Tuesday, November 12th 2013: Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket ON 

All three of these malls are managed by landlord Oxford Properties. 

For those unfamiliar, White House | Black Market is a popular, moderately-priced American womenswear retailer owned by Chico's FAS Inc. It is known for its 'slimming' clothing (some were featured on Oprah) and targets females in the 30-55 age range. It plays on variations of white-and-black clothing styles. 

We first reported on the company's Canadian entry last March. 

White House | Black Market is expected to open more Canadian stores in 2014, and we'll update you when we learn the locations.
